This is an interesting nutritional fact. The doughnut taste really good but it is not really good for our body. It is very High in Calories, Sugar and Fat.
I ate about 3 of them, and I felt pretty much good and guilty at the same time. I guess I know what they mean by "Guilty Pleasure".
Please do get some of these doughnut but just a reminder to watch what you eat and your diet. Once in a while it is good for you, but please don't make it a habit and keep eating them.
If one doughnut is about 200 calories, 3 doughnuts equal to 600 calories....that's going to take me an hour of running (Treadmill) to burn them all. Painful...but yet its worth it once in a while.
